Coach Mark Hargrave grew up on Long Island and played at Locust Valley High School. He played attack and was selected as an All-Nassau County player, and played in the All-Long Island game his senior year.

Coach Hargrave played 4 years at Mt. St.Mary’s College, starting the last 2 years. He played against top Division 1 schools throughout his college career, winning the MAAC conference title in 1999. He lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, and he is the father of two sons.
