U.S. Navy Service
Following his collegiate career, DeLuca enrolled in Navy Officer Candidate School and proceeded through the rigorous Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training. He deployed multiple times with SEAL Team TEN and SRT-2 before transitioning to the Navy Reserve, where he continues to serve.
Master’s in Sport Psychology
After completing active duty, DeLuca pursued graduate studies at Northern Illinois University. There, he not only earned a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology but also added another chapter to his athletic resume by playing a final year of Division I football.
